Recognition system of the donors and supporters

 

Idea of the Charity Project:

The objective of the project is fund raising for purchasing a gait-training robot Pediatric Lokomat that could help children with mobility impairment to learn/regain correct gait pattern.

 

We will  build a virtual building (a part of future Estonia) resting on pillars - the pillars being the financial donors of the project and the builders would be the volunteers contributing to the project. 

Project costs:

1. stage      221 000 EUR = ~ 3,5 million EEK

The robot will be adjusted for children ages 4 -12

2. stage + ~ 65 000 EUR = ~ 950 000 EEK

The robot is equipped with necessary details to service all patients starting from age 4 (children and adults).

Classification of the project donors and supporters, titles awarded:

In order to implement the project we need the support of many private and juridical persons through both monetary donations as well as voluntary work.

As contributions of persons vary a lot. the project team decided to recognise the supporters and donors of the project as follows:

Sympathizer - a person who supports the implementation of the project but is not actively involved nor makes donations.

  • The name of the sympathizer can be listed on the web page of the project, a direct link from the website of Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment (www.elil.ee)

Volunteer - a person (hereinafter private or juridical) that contributes to the implementation of the project as a volunteer but does not make a fiscal donation.

  • The name and/or the linked logo of the volunteer can be listed on the web page of the project.
  • The volunteers have the right to use the logo of the project and awarded title on their website.
  • The project management board has the right to create and award additional volunteer titles according to the contribution of the volunteer.

The Bronze Pillar - a person who donates up to 50 000 EEK

  • The name and the linked logo of the donor can be listed on the website of the project.
  • The donors have the right to use the logo of the project and awarded title on their website.

The Silver Pillar - a person who donates 51 000 to 150 000 EEK

  • The name and the linked logo of the donor can be listed on the website of the project.
  • The donors have the right to use the logo of the project and awarded title on their website.
  • The donors have the right to use the logo of the project on their products and goods or in one marketing campaign, informing the Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment in advance.

The Gold Pillar - a person with a donation starting from 150 000  EEK

  • The name and the linked logo of the donor can be listed on the website of the project.
  • The donors have the right to use the logo of the project and awarded title on their website.
  • The donors have the right to use the logo of the project on their products and goods or in multiple marketing campaigns, informing the Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment in advance.

The Ruby Pillar -  a person making the biggest fiscal donation, the title will be awarded upon completion of the project.

  • The winner of this award has the right to use the logo of the project as well as the title awarded on his products, goods and in marketing campaigns also after completion of the project, informing the Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment in advance.

 

Project Introduction Plan:

  1. The project will have its own website linked from the website of Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment.
  2. Introduction of the project with the links to all supporters (upon their consent) will be posted to popular websites as a separate link.
  3. Systematic information about the progress of the project will be dispersed through media, press conferences will be held to acknowledge the donors (upon their consent).

This information will be available and regularly updated on the project website.

Awarding the titles of the project:

All titles will be awarded to the supporters and donors upon the decision of the management board of the project.

Upon the decision of the management board of the project the names of the best volunteers and donors will be displayed on a tablet next to the gait-training device upon their consent.

The bank account of the project  is the bank account of the Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment.

Estonian Union of Persons with Mobility Impairment has been entered into the register of non-profit associations and foundations not subject to income tax.

The recognition system is discussed and accepted by the project management board at the board meeting of December 10th, 2008.
